About Robin Grande-Ryner
Robin Grande (Ryner) is a “non-denominational” instructor focused on working with the horse and handler to improve your safety, enjoyment and relationship with your horse.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Robin has competed in 4-H, Pony Club and open shows, both English and Western, dressage, show jumping and endurance. She honed her horsemanship skills with the teachings of many great horseman and continues to look for opportunities to expand her knowledge. She utilizes her diverse background to customize a training approach that creates a safe and more trusting bond between you and your horse, whether in the competition arena or on the trail.

Today, Robin operates Compass Equine INC., a training center in Prescott Valley, Arizona where she provides an intensive educational experience for horses and their owners. Her step-by-step approach to training, and riding instruction helps you discover and develop the skills to fully enjoy the process of learning with your horse and reaching your goals. Robin’s wise, good-natured, and non-judgmental style creates an inspiring and supportive atmosphere for you to achieve an enjoyable and rewarding connection with your horse. She encourages her students to develop the skills and confidence to self-diagnose and problem-solve with their horses.
